P2:3 Worship Conference

The P2:3 Worship Conference is one of a kind. It is a conference with high school and college worship team members in mind. It is designed to equip students with the tools necessary to model and lead worship in their ministries at a church or a school.
P2:3 comes from Philippians 2:3. “Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but, in humility consider others better than yourselves.” The founders of the P2:3 conference feel it is vitally important to worship ministries that humility be the driving force.
The mission of P2:3 is to equip. Equip worship ministry team members to lead and model worship in spirit, truth and humility.

What p2:3 conference is Not.
The P2:3 Worship Conference is a grassroots organization that believes worship is a daily necessity and not some type of performance on Sunday. We feel it is necessary to teach at our conferences that everything the worship team does is dependent upon their time with God in their personal lives. Personal worship and time with God is the foundation for building an effective worship ministry team. Everything the worship team does should be an outpouring of what God is revealing to them in their personal time with God. Without an active, living relationship with Christ, worship ministry is just another performance on stage.
